Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place your item in its original presentation box with all certificates, warranties, and diamond grading reports included to avoid a replacement fee.
Secure Shipment
Affix the prepaid label to a shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers inspect the item for its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
